How to choose it

Its color varies from ocher yellow to burgundy. Soft, tender and moist flesh, whitish inside.

tasting idea

In winter, replace the kernel with a walnut. In summer, marry the Sukary with watermelon.

conservation

Negative cold storage for several months. Customer presentation in positive cold for several weeks. Consumption at room temperature for several days, or cool in summer.
