Our Tips

How to Choose It

The color of Sukary dates ranges from ochre yellow to burgundy. Their flesh is soft, creamy, and moist, with a pale interior. Natural sugar may appear as juice and/or crystals. This natural phenomenon is not a sign of spoilage.

Tasting Idea

In summer, Sukary dates pair wonderfully with watermelon. In winter, feel free to replace the pit with a walnut to enhance their nutritional benefits and add an extra touch of indulgence.

Storage

Our fresh Sukary dates can be kept refrigerated for several months. They can then be enjoyed at room temperature for several days, or chilled—similar to a glazed chestnut. During summer, keep them refrigerated to avoid deterioration caused by excessive heat. A fermented smell and/or the appearance of mold are signs of spoilage. Sukary Routab dates naturally darken over time.
