How to Choose

Khudry dates range from dark to light brown in color. Their flesh is thick, and the skin is often slightly detached. Plump and elongated, they contain a very small pit.

Tasting Idea

Khudry dates can be enjoyed as a snack, especially for athletes, paired with yogurt or fromage blanc. They also go very well with fermented milk. They can be used in cooking too, for example to make a sugar-free spread.

Storage

Our dried Khudry dates should be kept away from air, ideally in an airtight container, and can last for several months. The flesh naturally contracts when exposed to cold, giving the impression of a hard date. Simply leave them at room temperature for a while to restore their original softness.
